1. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized products unless there is a clear error on our part (such as wrong item, misspelling we caused, or damaged item upon arrival).
Please double-check all details (spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) before placing your order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
2. Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, provided your order has not entered production.
After that window, the materials and printing process may already have started, so we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.

3. Processing & Shipping

Processing time: Custom orders typically take [2-3 Weeks] to design and produce before shipping.

Shipping time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within [2-5 business days], depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

You’ll receive tracking information once your item ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.
If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering to confirm availability of a rush option.
4. Design Proofs & Customization
For certain custom designs (such as logos or complex artwork), we may send a proof for approval before printing.
Please review carefully—once approved, your item will go into production and no further edits can be made.
If your item includes custom text, please ensure spelling, capitalization, and punctuation are exactly as you want them. We work directly from the information provided.
5. Damages or Errors
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake:

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include your order number, photo of the issue, and a short description.
We’ll review and either replace or refund your item promptly.
We cannot be held responsible for:

Mistakes in customer-provided text or design files.

Color differences due to screen settings.

Wrong size ordered by customer (please review size charts carefully).
